Tim Duffy has been appointed as the new Sales Executive for Sunfab UK Ltd.

From the 1st March Tim Duffy will take over from Marc Burns as Sales Executive for Sunfab UK Ltd. Marc continues with Sunfab as the new Senior Sales Manager in the newly formed subsidiary in the USA.

Tim started working in the hydraulics industry in 1997 and has remained with the same company since then. He started as a Hydraulic Fitter & Service Engineer, building large hydraulic power units for industrial applications. Tim also visited customer sites to commision and carry out hydraulic service work. He was then in charge of a unit responsible for the repair of hydraulic cylinders.

After several years Tim started to work within sales for the same company. He has under the years had various sales roles allowing him to gain valuable experience and knowledge within the hydraulic industry. Tim has even had the role of Technical Hydraulic Sales Engineer, looking after OEM customers, before becoming UK Product Manager for Hydraulic Components & Systems.

Dedicated football fan
On a personal level, Tim enjoys travelling and experiencing new places and cultures. Enjoying the outdoors in his free time, whether it be walking, hiking, cycling or running. He recently started skydiving together with his wife. Otherwise it’s cricket and football that are Tim’s biggest passion. Tim is a season ticket holder at Everton Football Club and attends most of the home games.
