Sunfab at the Worlds Largest Commercial Vehicle Show

IAA Commercial Vehicle Exhibition in Hannover 22nd to 29th September was a great success for Sunfab. The number of visitors on the stand was 20% higher than in 2014 and many new customer contacts were made.
The origins of IAA Commercial Vehicles can be traced back more than 100 years. The first exhibition was in 1897, at the Bristol Hotel in Berlin. Over the years the fair has grown continuously and is now the world leader for the Commercial Vehicle industry. The IAA is organized every two years, always in Hannover, Germany. This year’s event drew a record audience. A total of 245,000 people visited the fair over eight days between 22nd and 29th September. Although the IAA this year was shortened by one day it still attracted more visitors than in 2014.
Successful participation by Sunfab
Sunfab's participation at the IAA was very successful. The number of visitors was up 20% on the previous time the fair was held in 2014.
- For us, the IAA is the most important trade fair of the year, says Marie Nilsson, MD of Sunfab Hydraulics. It’s a place where the whole industry meets. The majority of visitors come from Europe but the whole world is represented here, continues Marie. At our booth, we had, for example, visits from several of our distributors, but also from some of our key customers. The most positive aspect of the fair is still the new customer contacts that are created. It gives us the opportunity to reach completely new markets. We have had inquiries from both the Middle East and Asia that are looking very promising, says Marie Nilsson
Sunfabs Aluminum Pump series SAP, here fitted with a Bypass Valve, attracted a large interest at the fair.
