Sunfab at Elmia Commercial Vehicles Exhibition

Elmia Lastbil, Scandanavia's largest trade fair for the haulage and transport industry is held in Jönköping, Sweden, between August 22nd and 25th. This year’s fair drew record crowds, and not only because Sunfab was exhibiting, it was also the world premiere of Scania's new truck series.
Elmia Lastbil August 22nd to 25th attracted a record audience. Nearly 35,000 people visited the fair and there were 415 exhibitors on site. Sunfab Hydraulics participated at the fair with its own stand.
Dual Mounted Pumps
- We had more visitors on our stand than usual, says Per Sundin, Sales Manager for Sunfab. I think this was both because of the good weather, but also because Scania premiered its new truck. Most people who visited us were end customers who use our products, continues Per. Many of them were interested in our Aluminum Pump series SAP and Variable Pump SVH 130. There was also a lot of interest in the Dual Mounted Pump we exhibited. It was a SVH 130 with a DIN (ISO 7653D) mounting flange and through shaft fitted with an SAP. We have developed this solution specifically for a customer who uses Volvo trucks. It allows the hydraulics to be used whilst driving, even when the Volvo power steering pump is in operation, says Per Sundin.
