Sunfab’s motor on new Fishing Winch

Established in 2004, British company Hercules Hydraulics design, manufacture, install, commission, service and maintain hydraulic systems and hydraulic equipment for marine and industrial applications.
Hercules Hydraulics has been working with Sunfab’s products for over a decade and was recently appointed as Sunfab’s UK Distribution and Application Specialists for the Marine, Military, Mining & Quarrying industries.Hercules Hydraulics recently launched a new heavy-duty deck winch, designed specifically for trawling and beam fishing. It incorporates a Sunfab SCM-090 hydraulic motor. "For us it's the best option for this type of demanding application" says Ryan Langley, General Manager at Hercules Hydraulics.
The new single drum deck winch, which was officially launched at the Skipper Expo International, Bournemouth in October 2016, features an automatic fail-safe brake system. Capacity of the unit can be specified to suit individual customer needs and an emergency brake release function can be incorporated. This new deck winch further expands the Hercules Hydraulics acclaimed range of hydraulic winches as well as hydraulic landing, mooring and tugger winches, all of which are designed and manufactured in-house in Devon, UK.
