1. About the Application
Sunfab SupportAR ("the App") is provided by Sunfab Hydraulics AB ("Sunfab", "we", "us", or "our"), a company headquartered in Hudiksvall, Sweden.
The App is intended to provide users with access to technical support, product information, documentation, and remote assistance features based on Augmented Reality (AR) technology for Sunfab products and services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
You are responsible for:
• Using the App safely and responsibly.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Protecting your device and any login credentials associated with your use of the App.
3. Availability and Functionality
Sunfab strives to keep the App available and operational. However, we do not guarantee that:
• The App will always be error-free.
• All features will be available at all times.
• The service will be uninterrupted or free from technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
4. Camera and Augmented Reality Features
The App requires access to your device's camera to provide its Augmented Reality functionality.
Camera access may be used to:
• Display Augmented Reality content (AR)

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to capture images or video in the environment where the App is used.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, content, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and design elements, are owned by Sunfab or its licensors.
You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use Sunfab trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
6. Technical Guidance and Support
Information, instructions, and recommendations provided through the App are intended for guidance purposes only.
Users remain solely responsible for:
• Following all applicable safety procedures and regulations.
• Performing appropriate inspections and assessments before carrying out any work.
• Ensuring that maintenance, installation, and repair activities are conducted by qualified personnel where required.
Sunfab shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of the App or reliance on information provided through the App without appropriate safety verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Sunfab shall not be liable for any:
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of production or business interruption.
• Loss of data.
• Any other damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Privacy
Any processing of personal data through the App is governed by Sunfab's Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
